Uneven ears

Is there a way to fix uneven ears, my left one flares out a bit more than the other and before you say its because i fucking sleep on my side ive had this since birth
Is there a low cost surgery or something that isnt cope that can fix this

hamza had the same before surgery,what you need is otoplasty it will probs only be like 1.5-2k for you bc its only one ear thats the only fix

its way less bad than hamza, just a slightly noticeable, not a huge looks min but like 0.2/10 id say

I think its just a natural asymmetry, I don't even think my dad notices it

it could be a sign of cranial assymetry such as a lateral strain or side bending rotation.
