Uneven mewing and mewing with a 45 mm palate (HELP)

Is it safe to mew with a palate width of 45-47 mm? I measured the width of my second molars with calipers. Also, I've been mewing for two months now, but I always feel more pressure on the right side. I can't swallow properly; I always use my cheek muscles to do it, otherwise saliva accumulates around and under my tongue. I just can't use ONLY my tongue for swallowing.

u can always mew, if u feel like ur mewing snd ur tongue is lapping obe ur upper teeth then u can ask ur orthodontist for a expander, u probably need one if u have problems swallowing properly

My tongue doesn't slide across my teeth. But I simply can't help but use my cheek muscles when swallowing—otherwise, saliva would pool under my tongue. I don't put pressure on my front teeth when swallowing, though; I just need my cheeks to swallow, that's the only problem.

I think it has to do with ur maxillary position , if u could send a side profile picture , u csn censor the eyes, then i could tell u the problem. Good night
