Unilateral premolar extraction

Since my orthodontist is dumb jew he extracted my premolar in an unilateral way because I had protruding canines,

I did hear about a reversal treatment in the future or I've been searching around for one im currently turning 16 in july, and got the braces & extraction in august last year so I'm looking for future reversal treatment to prevent too big of asymmetri

The impact on my side profile hasn't been too bad, but it has affected my front considering I'm on accutane too month 2 I look like shit rn
