The idea is to stand up straight with your arms parallel to the floor. With one hand you should grasp some kind of handle attached to the wall, and the other hand should be taken by your partner. Your partner should then apply an even, straight line force while pulling your hand away. By doing so, a load will be put on your clavicles. According to Wolff's law, over the course of receiving this load frequently, the bone should adapt and lengthen.

Possible risks:
The health of the shoulder joints may be affected. Hint, who knows.

You can do Hercules hold and Reeves deadlift, it stretches your scapula and improves your posture but doesn't necessarily lengthen bones

i see what u mean but its more likely to fuck up your shoulder than to expand your clavicle
