Well ive done it twice. The first time was 80mg everyday for 6 months. Right now its 40mg 3 days after the last pill i took. Ive been doing this for a year.

Very little. I have white sheets/pillow so I'd see if there's any significant shedding.
When I wash my hair (once a week) I shed around 20.

I did Accutane in my teens. DONT DO IT. Not only has it not cured my acne. it comes with the negatives you name including closing growth plates sooner! I have been using the acne.org regimen and it has been working. That said I had EXTREME acne and it did fix that extreme acne.

i am allergic to benzoyl peroxide. its way too irritating on the skin anyway. all products except for accutane are more or less a meme.

so worth it for me, worst symtoms i had were very dry lips. total W changed my skin so good. add me on Timothy#2296 ill show u a before and after

Took it gave me a lot of brain frog during the weeks. Skin was way better after it. But still got minor acne after it.

If nothing else works then hop on Accutane. If you are worried about liver damage take it with TUDCA but you won't get any of that.

i am worried about hair and only hair. it also has side effects on the only insane features i have (dry eyes, shedding eyebrows and lashes, dry lips) but id be willing to sacrifice that
