To get back at the norm post WW2 we need 70percent of men killed senselessly so the remaining women can compete for 30percents and everybody gets a chance and economic recovery boosts their families and grandchildren to become the new elites of the upcoming gens, then repeat the cycle all over.

War on the scale of ww2 will do nothing but end in annihilation for humanity. Wars as a way to stimulate an economy can be done the same by government investment and world trade,
