Cheeks are very swollen from surgery, I don’t think buccal fat removal will be necessary but we will see. I will evaluate at week 6 when swelling is 90% gone.

Because I’m retarded, I’m in the process of losing weight. I am 180 now and was 240 at my fattest.

I only need a few months of leanmaxx. And I do know my potential, losing weight wouldn’t face fixed my cucked eye area or recession.

Considering you’ve already lost 60lbs, look into preventing loose skin. I lost 140lbs and I have a fuckton, if your genetics are good then you probably won’t get much, however, I was cursed. Just high protein diet and maybe a collagen supplement. What I did was low protein low nutrients and just like 1200 cal of fast food everyday. Or complete starvation for days and then eating normally. Not ideal.. Loose skin is a huge looksmin don’t underestimate it. I had a girlfriend and I could never take my shirt off infront of her despite being 16% bf
