Same as OPWho's your surgeon for trimax?
Your ramus and gonial flare is insane, it’s chad tier easilyMy bone structure isn’t good
Why do this if you haven't even soft maxxedToo soon to really make any conclusions but thought I’d share anyway. Eye area looks 10x better now, though will probably change over coming weeks as swelling subsides.
I will post profile pics at week 6
I told him way back in December last year to lose weight before considering surgery. Why don't you lose weight jfl. You don't even know what your bones look like under that sack of lard.
I will lose wait and be attractive vs losing weight and still being subhumanI told him way back in December last year to lose weight before considering surgery.
He has the impulse of a little boy and could not delay gratification.
Now he’s in for at least a year between the healing process and the leanmaxxing which he vastly underestimates.
Imagine spending 32k and still look subhuman a year later.
Well, at least he took action instead of rotting and shitposting like 98% of the users in here.
shave that pube hair away.Better pic
Have you gotten minimally invasive trimax?Too soon to really make any conclusions but thought I’d share anyway. Eye area looks 10x better now, though will probably change over coming weeks as swelling subsides.
I will post profile pics at week 6
regular trimaxHave you gotten minimally invasive trimax?
How long are you staying in Rome ?regular trimax
I will have been here 16 days when I fly homeHow long are you staying in Rome ?
Pagnoni told me I’d have to stay 9 days for the post-op checkups and co.
Quite a long stay. Have you been visiting the city (Colosseum,Forum,etc..) ? I've never been to Rome so I'll visit the city during my recovery.Implants need special attention because of infection risks.I will have been here 16 days when I fly home
Looks good for being one week post surgery, specially very invasive surgery like you had. Just follow a good diet and don't think about how you look for the next 2 or 3 months, and don't listen to most retards here.
yes I visited the sightsQuite a long stay. Have you been visiting the city (Colosseum,Forum,etc..) ? I've never been to Rome so I'll visit the city during my recovery.Implants need special attention because of infection risks.
congrats on your surgery OP
just LOL at the amount of salty, jealous losers in this thread. it's genuinely baffling. the implants and bimax movements are designed based off of his CT scan, there is no soft tissue work done so why the fuck does it matter whether or not he is at 12% body fat or not? it's going to be the SAME EXACT design/movements regardless, and the sooner you get surgery the better. this place is a fucking negative cesspool, but im just sitting here laughing at the jealous jeets in this thread who would still look subhuman after this surgery (if they could even afford it in the first place). good job, OP.
majestic eyes. good job opBetter pic
Shed a tear reading thisSo glad reading that bro. I wouldn't say this site saved my life, but it improved it drastically, because I always knew something was off with my appeareance but couldn't point out exactly what. Browsing here for months was extremely hard, because the failos were more than I expected, but once the denial phase was over and I accepted it, I relaxed a lot and became much happier knowing that sooner or later, I'll look better than I ever thought.
I'm also very glad and eternally greateful for the users that gave me smart feedback, and for the good threads I've read here. I've been saved from being botched with fillers or with off the shelf implants by cucked, bluepilled "surgeons". Also the good softmaxxing info is priceless, will age as slowly as possible, that's for sure.
We seem to be in a similar situation, I started to save this month thanks to my new job and expect to get all of this done in the next 3 years, and reap the benefits of lookism as much as I can after that.
Hope you get your desired looks and live happily
Honestly, just leanmaxx during recovery. Save up 5 months at least. You can tell what hard tissue procedures you need by looking at ct scansHonestly you’re all fucking idiots. I have no idea how this forum is so devoid of any useful posters. For every 499 threads of teenagers asking stupid questions they could find the answer to on Google, we get one like this and y’all criticize because you’re too broke to ascend
There is literally zero benefit for him to wait to finish losing fat to get his implants in. Actually, it delays his total ascension timeline.
Scenario A: Gets implants now, continues to cut. Residual swelling dissipates while he loses weight; 3 months later he is lean and not swollen
Scenario B: Cuts for 3 months then gets the implants, now is swollen for 3 more months, doubled his effective time not being Chad
Based.regular trimax
you joined march 10th who are you to say that I am wrong when I am more knowledgeable about PSL than youRetard he probably wouldn’t have done it if he had seen himself lean first. Recessed infras does not mean over. If it would have only made him HTN from MTN I’m sure the cost and pain wouldn’t have been worth it. He legit went from subhuman to subhuman at that weight
32k for Trimax + implantsMirin OP
What did he charge you? On my consult he gave me a quote for infraorbitals (w/o saddle) + malar for 15k$
Cheeks are very swollen from surgery, I don’t think buccal fat removal will be necessary but we will see. I will evaluate at week 6 when swelling is 90% gone.
Not considering that currentlyI will call you a retard for your own sake. Do NOT even fucking consider buccal fat removal till you are lean.
Check bio, skullmaxxinf before soft tissue maxingI will call you a retard for your own sake. Do NOT even fucking consider buccal fat removal till you are lean.
Looks greatWrong pic lol
CopeLooks great
But the lateral orbital rim looks weak
it's just swelling which reduce your UEE.Stitches removed now + before after.
Massive decrease in UEE + canthal tilt from severe negative to neutral, win.
I didn't.... I got bimax and implants, look at the CT.I have a question what made you cancel your initial surgeries plans lefort 1 + BSSO and canthoplasty+ lower eyelid retraction just only did infra implants instead?
Were your supras drop-down supraorbitals or just regular, that makes a big difference.it's just swelling which reduce your UEE.
I'm already 1 month post op and I can see that the UEE is still there.
Fat graft is the only solution.
It's just a heads of what to expect =]
What made you reconsider lefort 1 and canthoplasty and only get implants?I didn't.... I got bimax and implants, look at the CT.
drop down.. i had a lot. I had so much that Pagnoni was scared that it might affect my upper eyelid so we had to cut the vertical drop down a bit. Were your supras drop-down supraorbitals or just regular, that makes a big difference.
I've seen many cases of drop-down (Like I had) where UEE is eliminated.
Interesting, well my UEE wasn't really that bothersome to me anyway so if it comes back its not the end of the world.drop down.. i had a lot. I had so much that Pagnoni was scared that it might affect my upper eyelid so we had to cut the vertical drop down a bit.
Basically saddling but for supras.
In the past Pagnoni didn't even knew about saddling.
I don't want to brag but the whole idea started with me 2-3 years ago.
Your canthal tilt didnt change at all. It was around -1.5 degrees and still will be. This is to be expected since canthal tilt is measured from the medial to the lateral canthus, and you didnt change the soft tissue around the lateral canthus.Stitches removed now + before after.
Massive decrease in UEE + canthal tilt from severe negative to neutral, win.
Age?It’s been 2 years and I can finally get surgery this summer. Trimax and saddled infraorbital implants and later when I have some extra money a fat graft and possibly otoplasty.
And yeah the months of browsing did a number on my mental health JFL but it eventually accumulated into something positive for me.
Hoping we both ascend, we did our due diligence and worked hard and we’ll be rewarded for that once the time for surgery comes.
Good luck man, I really hope everything goes well for you
21Age?
Good Luck man, Hopefully when I'm your age I'll be in a better position. It's been rough for me my whole life, and stumbling upon this forum didn't help mentally. Hopefully it all changes this year 23. However I'll be here for some more years unless it becomes overan by normies from Chinktok
did it atleast slightly decreaseit's just swelling which reduce your UEE.
I'm already 1 month post op and I can see that the UEE is still there.
Fat graft is the only solution.
It's just a heads of what to expect =]
It should if he got saddled implantsdid it atleast slightly decrease
Says the "fatmaxxer"niggas will do anything but lose weight. Crazy
