Quite a long stay. Have you been visiting the city (Colosseum,Forum,etc..) ? I've never been to Rome so I'll visit the city during my recovery.Implants need special attention because of infection risks.

just LOL at the amount of salty, jealous losers in this thread. it's genuinely baffling. the implants and bimax movements are designed based off of his CT scan, there is no soft tissue work done so why the fuck does it matter whether or not he is at 12% body fat or not? it's going to be the SAME EXACT design/movements regardless, and the sooner you get surgery the better. this place is a fucking negative cesspool, but im just sitting here laughing at the jealous jeets in this thread who would still look subhuman after this surgery (if they could even afford it in the first place). good job, OP.

So glad reading that bro. I wouldn't say this site saved my life, but it improved it drastically, because I always knew something was off with my appeareance but couldn't point out exactly what. Browsing here for months was extremely hard, because the failos were more than I expected, but once the denial phase was over and I accepted it, I relaxed a lot and became much happier knowing that sooner or later, I'll look better than I ever thought.
I'm also very glad and eternally greateful for the users that gave me smart feedback, and for the good threads I've read here. I've been saved from being botched with fillers or with off the shelf implants by cucked, bluepilled "surgeons". Also the good softmaxxing info is priceless, will age as slowly as possible, that's for sure.
We seem to be in a similar situation, I started to save this month thanks to my new job and expect to get all of this done in the next 3 years, and reap the benefits of lookism as much as I can after that.

Cheeks are very swollen from surgery, I don’t think buccal fat removal will be necessary but we will see. I will evaluate at week 6 when swelling is 90% gone.

Your canthal tilt didnt change at all. It was around -1.5 degrees and still will be. This is to be expected since canthal tilt is measured from the medial to the lateral canthus, and you didnt change the soft tissue around the lateral canthus.

You had very droopy eyelids + lots of sclera show which you did fix and it will make your eyes seem less tired and droopy. Its whats giving you the illusion now of more positively tilted eyes.

Excited to see how the eyes will look after swelling is over.

It’s been 2 years and I can finally get surgery this summer. Trimax and saddled infraorbital implants and later when I have some extra money a fat graft and possibly otoplasty.
And yeah the months of browsing did a number on my mental health JFL but it eventually accumulated into something positive for me.

Hoping we both ascend, we did our due diligence and worked hard and we’ll be rewarded for that once the time for surgery comes.
