Whatever it is, its too narrow. You had supra implants to increase the projection but it still looks narrow instead of how like oprys or @Birdcell Maybe its the shape of the implant. Anyways its not even that important.

Too soon to really make any conclusions but thought I’d share anyway. Eye area looks 10x better now, though will probably change over coming weeks as swelling subsides.

Yes, because it was a saddled implant it makes the orbit more compact and the lower lid has much more support

It's a very stupid idea to judge the implant shape or his actual bone structure when he is one week post surgery and swolen as fuck. You can't tell shit because of swelling. Give it a few months to comment on his appeareance, otherwise it is a waste of time for everyone and even counterproductive to OP.

If he's smart, he will lose the extra weight on the next 6 months tops and ascend very hard, that's for sure.

You need to get a good design from @RealSurgerymax . Don’t let the surgeons designers do it for you. He also does bimax designs which I regret not getting from him, though he confirmed that pagnoni’s design was very good

If my eye area wasn’t good it would’ve been completely fucking over, I’m lucky I have tightlids, PCT, good eyebrows and good eyelashes.

My jaw is subhuman but Trimax should save it, my chin width is decent but it’s recessed as fuck.

I don’t know how I’m going to react once I see my results, my surgeon showed me the simulation and if I can get a result anywhere near that I can forget about this dogshit website forever. But the difference is genuinely night and day, Jaw really is Law when it comes to looking good as a man

What are your thoughts on Vollufine and other lipofilling agents? I know the results are complete cope when compared to a fat graft but I’m going to be dead broke after trimax + implants so I’m thinking of just using it in the mean time.

I don’t need big results since I already have good fatpads on my upper eye, it’s just my undereye fatpad got nuked by accutane

Hope it comes out great. Those problems have solutions, which you are ready to get, so sooner or later you should have an appeareance you are happy with.

I also have PCT, long eyes and great midfance ratio and IPD, also a normal non recessed jaw and decent chin. My main concerns are smile, cheekbones (too wide and with orbits too large), forehead (too sloped), lack of eyebrow hair, low nosebridge and would like better jaw flaring to match the narrower, more projected cheekbones I want. Basically, braces + veneers, cheekbone reduction and custom implants + rhino and eyebrow transplant is the plan for me. Long but hopefully more than worth it.

We all have different body comp. 150lbs might look skinny twink on some and perfectly fine on others, regardless of their height.

Knowing that all my falios are fixable, it made me so much more grateful for what I have and the fact that I’m able to afford surgery in the first place.

All my issues aside from ADHD are temporary because I know if I just work hard I’ll be able to get the things I want.

It’s made me a bit redpilled tbh and it’s improved my mental state for the better, I don’t worry about my face or how I look anymore because the problem is already being solved so why should I be stressing myself out?

If things go well and I get the results I want I’ll be forever grateful to this site and all the users that took time out of their day to answer my questions and help me because the information they shared has made an exponential impact on my life.

Before finding this site I legitimately thought it was over and I was going to stay a stunted recessed subhuman for the rest of my life and the fact that I suffered so much for things outside my control really fucked with my head.

It’s been 2 years and I can finally get surgery this summer. Trimax and saddled infraorbital implants and later when I have some extra money a fat graft and possibly otoplasty.
And yeah the months of browsing did a number on my mental health JFL but it eventually accumulated into something positive for me.

Hoping we both ascend, we did our due diligence and worked hard and we’ll be rewarded for that once the time for surgery comes.
