He is not in Turkey nor has he completed the surgical plans for most of the members in this group. We have confirmed that he has taken on new clients in the last two months and already completed their surgical plans. The constant “delays” colloquially known as lies by Liam, as well as his recent intake of clients despite having enough clients to complete a batch already, lead us to believe he may have spent our payments to fund his lifestyle in Thailand and no longer has the money needed to manufacture our plates/guides. As an added measure of reckless and irresponsible behaviour, Liam has decided to overstay his visa in Thailand as opposed to being in Turkey to provide surgery to his clients. We have collectively been lied to hundreds of times over the course of over a year, and Liam refuses to even acknowledge our original thread or take any accountability. He won't send our plates/guides to our surgeons to perform surgery without him, and he is refusing to provide refunds to multiple clients who are fed up with his insane behaviour. We have members with complications from previous surgeries with Liam and he still refuses to prioritize their treatment over diddy parties in Thailand. The odds that he is scamming at this point are approaching 100% from our POV. Even if he isn't intentionally scamming his clients, he is functionally a scammer by not providing the services over a year after payment was made.

Several of our members who have completely lost faith in Liam providing surgery have provided screenshots to substantiate that he is a liar. He lies about everything from surgery dates, when surgical plans will be completed, when plates/implants will be sent for manufacturing, consultation times, etc. Even in the event that he does provide surgery, it is impossible to plan around it as 99% of his surgery dates are outright lies. And this is an example on why you shouldn't trust many surgeons/designers who give way to many promises that they can't stand for.

And another thing is that you should always look for designers/surgeons who don't have many results public (Pagnoni, i am not criticizing him but you should be careful), for Liams case, he gave way to many promises years ago that there will be a website with results, he still has to make it.

I will get bimax surgery next year for my 7mm deepbite but couldnt find results of my maxfac surgeon on internet, he seems to be very known and respected here + is expensive compared to the other surgeons from here.

It's not about if you find on the internet or not, but the one's whom got popular on the internet with few results sre the edgy one's, they may even cherry pick their best results at consultation and show you only that, but the one's who aren't famous on the internet and have good results, those are the one's to go to, cheaper, and probably as good or might be even better than the one's known here.

I’m not a big company or try to act like I am. Me doing design services is something I do on the side for looksmax people and for research cases to get plastic surgery publications. I learned CAD to get plastic surgery publications to get into a good plastic surgery residency. I did my undergrad in chemistry, not engineering but I took enough math to be able to understand the engineering software. You can’t make custom plates in some Hobby-Grade 3D Art software. You need certain tolerances and do finite-element analysis etc.

I’m not some marketer/business person but I I guess I need to make a professional website since that’s what these scammers have over me!
