I've heard from several people that he is making fake plans on fake CT scans to simulate continued activity on Instagram for the sake of collecting more money from unsuspecting victims with no intention of ever executing those surgeries. I also heard that his jig is longer working anymore and that nobody has sent him any money in like 4 months? But I'm not sure I believe any of this because people can say whatever they want online. It may be a few dozen but the internet is unhinged in 2026.

At the time of our original thread being posted, Liam had agreed to a late February arrival in Turkey for surgeries. He is not in Turkey nor has he completed the surgical plans for most of the members in this group. We have confirmed that he has taken on new clients in the last two months and already completed their surgical plans. The constant “delays” colloquially known as lies by Liam, as well as his recent intake of clients despite having enough clients to complete a batch already, lead us to believe he may have spent our payments to fund his lifestyle in Thailand and no longer has the money needed to manufacture our plates/guides. As an added measure of reckless and irresponsible behaviour, Liam has decided to overstay his visa in Thailand as opposed to being in Turkey to provide surgery to his clients. We have collectively been lied to hundreds of times over the course of over a year, and Liam refuses to even acknowledge our original thread or take any accountability. He won't send our plates/guides to our surgeons to perform surgery without him, and he is refusing to provide refunds to multiple clients who are fed up with his insane behaviour. We have members with complications from previous surgeries with Liam and he still refuses to prioritize their treatment over diddy parties in Thailand. The odds that he is scamming at this point are approaching 100% from our POV. Even if he isn't intentionally scamming his clients, he is functionally a scammer by not providing the services over a year after payment was made.

Several of our members who have completely lost faith in Liam providing surgery have provided screenshots to substantiate that he is a liar. He lies about everything from surgery dates, when surgical plans will be completed, when plates/implants will be sent for manufacturing, consultation times, etc. Even in the event that he does provide surgery, it is impossible to plan around it as 99% of his surgery dates are outright lies. He lies to his patients and all the surgeons he works with.

Im going to add my name to the list of people Giant has scammed.
Allegedly surgery is happening in march .. If it does I will update you guys.
But until then do not book anything with him. He has not given anyone a surgery in over a year.
Just charges for designs, and the asks for a 6-10k production fee to print the implants - which he then never does.
