In my experience, the BLOAT didn't fully come until week 4. I still had hollow cheeks and visible abs after I drank some coffee and water till W4, but one morning after waking up I looked at the mirror and my face was puffier than Mia Khalifa's tits.
Strength gains were very much appreciated(Newbie gains are real jfl, I thought it was a meme), though unfortunately I still look DYEL. I'm prob gonna hop on gear after the 8 month mark. Working out naturally to achieve an aesthetic physique like Laid's or Seid's in a few years is just not possible.

25-30 eggs a day, raw goats milk(liter a day), lots of red meat+organs, pasta and rice, oatmeal, animal fats+homemade olive oil(I also drank a quarter of an espresso cup of olive oil 15-30 mins before breakfast), few handfuls of walnuts and almonds, 4-6 cups of coffee, 5lt of water
Big 3, Reeves Shrug(I was very aggressive on this one, injured my shoulder), OHP, Front squat, Snatch, C&J, lat pulldown, daily push+pull up, dips, curls.
