Weight: 87kg (after not using it for a week and 4 days, my face is fully debloated)

MK 25mg ed
5mg Cialis e2d
20KIU D3 and 400mcg K2
50mg Zinc
200mg Magnesium
Fish Oil
50k IU ß-carotene(still in the loading phase)

25-30 eggs a day, raw goats milk(liter a day), lots of red meat+organs, pasta and rice, oatmeal, animal fats+homemade olive oil(I also drank a quarter of an espresso cup of olive oil 15-30 mins before breakfast), few handfuls of walnuts and almonds, 4-6 cups of coffee, 5lt of water

Big 3, Reeves Shrug(I was very aggressive on this one, injured my shoulder), OHP, Front squat, Snatch, C&J, lat pulldown, daily push+pull up, dips, curls.

At the end of every session, I did 30-45mins of cardio and stretching.

In my experience, the BLOAT didn't fully come until week 4. I still had hollow cheeks and visible abs after I drank some coffee and water till W4, but one morning after waking up I looked at the mirror and my face was puffier than Mia Khalifa's tits.

Strength gains were very much appreciated(Newbie gains are real jfl, I thought it was a meme), though unfortunately I still look DYEL. I'm prob gonna hop on gear after the 8 month mark. Working out naturally to achieve an aesthetic physique like Laid's or Seid's in a few years is just not possible.

All they do 90% of the time is make you puffy, bloated and create health problems down the road, they rarely ever looksmax much.

My bloodsugar 94 and I don’t eat any food that has sugar in it besides milk and dark chocolate. I eat meat. Tho a pagan curry like you wouldn’t know. Fucking retard, I hope your overweight mother’s heart explodes.

Depends on the season if it’s summer I wear some Nike sneakers right now it is winter so I wear boots

Lmao, yeah. I went to the gym 6-7 times a week with less than 8 hours of sleep everyday and still made those gains. You should be stripped naked and get thrown into a cage full of BBC war prisoners in Uganda.

They are supposed to be open, but now I guess the bones are not that malleable enough that a monthly suplementation of MK is not enough to trigger growth.

Or I did a mistake while measuring. Even so, its probably not much. (Less than 5mm)

No. Though I worked on our farm when I was a child, did bodyweight exercises daily(only pushups/squats/crunches tho), and played sports.
I think eating his many eggs + the D3 supplement increased my T levels because my nips are sensitive and pubertal gyno is showing more now lmao

I’ve only been on it for a little more than a week and I have had zero strength gains. I’m only taking 10mg though

How tf nigga? Only side effect I had was that it made me incredibly energetic, so much so that I couldn’t sleep like 2.5 days straight lmao. After that my body became accustomed to the drug and slept like a baby afterwards.

Have you use anything else besides it?
