Just came back from the 2nd last consult for bimax
btw this is in Australia
no botches - one of the best surgeons in the country but very unknown compared to someone like coceancig
final plan has ~8mm of movement with associated BSSO movement to balance the bite
This one doesn't have a genio, still unsure whether I should get it or not. His genio cut goes up to the genioglossus so it's not a standard cut so it would be well planned if i decide to get it
also the soft tissue sim doesn't include associated nasal tip change so i made a morph of it to mentally masturbate to
also made a morph with a slight genio
what do u guys think
comment on chimp lips and mentolabial fold pls and whatever else
i have small upper lips on the ct cause my lower lip always covers it. and the ct doesnt reflect the changes accurately (not cope nigga)
so fucking excited holy shit

also booked cantho + fat grafting september (dnr risks of doing it so close to jaw surgery)
