i mean if its about the germs etc. i dont really know, my brother is doing just fine, it heavily depends on the quality, you may be right that it doesent make you taller tho, i wanted to put it to the test tho.

bro i know, nutritional value aint that different, but he gets less inflammation from the raw milk it seems, cause when he eats pasteurized yoghurt or any milk product of that kind he gets diarrhea, i told him about the lactase in milk and it seems to be working wonders, atleast health wise
