Update on starting gym

So I’ve been going gym for about 2 months now and been trying to eat in a surplus nd also sleep a lot more. Can you guys see any progress? I understand 2 months isn’t a lot and there’ll be minimal but I think I can see a fair amount of progress.

You do look a bit better but then again it may just be the lighting.

Its called newbie gains when u start lifting ur body produces alot more test naturally in the first months thats why u see already a difference

You're in your newbie gains period. Start training till failure and you will maximize the amount of muscle you can gain.
