How long did your results take and do you still use it?blah blah blah yap yap yap just do this just do that
just dont waste ur rep to post by saying this stupid shit theory
the nose got progressively smaller and smaller over time. i didn’t fully track how gradual it was, but i’ve been on it for over a year and 3 months, and especially after starting tret in june - i have to use it like once per 2-3 weeks, and my nose would still retain its small sizeHow long did your results take and do you still use it?
Could you explain again where to put the cream. I don't quite understandBy no means is this medical advice. Even though the risks are relatively low, everyone is different and some people may respond to this differently than others (although as I said, the majority should be fine).
"Wait, have you had a nose job?",
two girls that I met at a casino asked me as I got talking to them.
I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that because, although I knew that this method works, I did not realize, until then, just how much my nose has ascended thanks to it.
Hence,
I present to you, by far, one of the most underrated looksmaxes on this forum.
The reason why I'm making an updated version is not only due to what I've said above, but also because I have learned a lot more on this topic since I've made the original thread.

Table Of Contents:
Hydrocortisone Info & Proper Usage Preserving Your HPA Axis Quick Word on Retinoids (see spoiler) My Progress & Testimonials
Hydrocortisone Info:
I have already talked about this in the first thread, but I will repeat it anyways in a concise way:
Hydrocortisone (HC) is a topical corticosteroid (again, no, not the "scary" anabolic/androgenic steroid for any giga high inhibcels) used to treat inflammation, redness, swelling, etc.
One of its side effects is thinning of skin, which is exactly why it is so effective when it comes to shrinking your nose.
Potential Side Effects of 1% Hydrocortisone (uncommon, mild):
- Skin atrophy (1)
- Rosacea-like eruptions (1)
If you experience any of these, take a break or hop off for good.
Proper Usage of Hydrocortisone:
Apply two pea-sized drops of 1% hydrocortisone cream onto your nose and spread evenly around the cartilage, including the bottom of the nose. I recommend you do not go above the tip of the nose and onto the nose bridge, as we do not want skin thinning there, as it can make the dorsa more prominent. Rub the cream in thoroughly, after which, remove any excess HC from around the nose, but do keep a layer of it on the desired area for about five minutes, then take that off as well. After a few minutes, if not straight away, water may start leeching out of the top of your nose, which is technically a good thing, so just keep wiping it off, that should persist to up to 15 minutes. The effects of hydrocortisone should last for up to an entire day.
Hydrocortisone Regimen:
Get your body used to it. First, apply the cream for two weeks straight, once a day, no matter what. Results most likely won't be very significant from the very first time you apply it.
After that is done, only apply it when you need your nose to shrink, such as when you're going out.
Hydrocortisone's Effects on Your HPA Axis:
If you want to know exactly what you HPA axis is, go look it up. In short terms, it is a system of glands that regulates your stress response and involves the following organs:
Some people have asked me things along the lines of "but xnj, what about you HPA axis, won't that get fucked with while you're on it?".
So here is the answer to this question:
Hydrocortisone raises cortisol. However, one may think that it does not do it to an extent, especially in such low, almost negligible dosages, where it has some sort of effect on the rest of your body, right? Wrong. After prolonged use, your body will feel the slight change and will adapt to it, potentially causing you a bit of trouble.
Preserving Your HPA Axis:Since HC raises your cortisol, we need something that lowers it. Here is where Ashwagandha comes into play. You know how people claim it has "testosterone-boosting" effects? Well that is the case because it lowers your cortisol (which is what can stagnate test production, hence the claims).
Take 500-800mg (depending on your brand's dosage per pill) right before you apply the cream. You can keep doing that for about 8 weeks, after which I suggest you take a 4-week break from ashwagandha, whilst also slightly lowering your HC usage. After that, you can resume just as usual.
Since I've mentioned it in my first thread, I will not be giving any in-depth advice on retinoids in this thread, as all you need to do to make your nose shrink from them, is follow their usual regimens. All I'm going to say is that it does shrink the nose in most cases, however not all skin complexions/conditions are predisposed to said shrinkage. But whether to use it or not - is up to you. Take a dermatologist's advice, or at the very least, find reputable threads here if you do want to use it (I'm on about general usage btw, not exclusively for the nose).

Thank you boss, ppriciate itformer depends on where you live, latter is very unlikely
youll prolly see some effects, but tret would work betterDo you think 0.1% adapalene will work for this instead of tret since I have sensitive skin and its also easier to source? Btw I read your old post and you said to hop off tret after 3 weeks or proceed at your own risk, are there really any side effects?

Take a dermatologist's advice, or at the very least, find reputable threads here if you do want to use it (I'm on about general usage btw, not exclusively for the nose).

like 27-29 dayshow long have u been using it for
once a day in morninglike 27-29 days
try to thicken the layer and use it twice a dayonce a day in morning
Ok gonna do 2% hydrocortisone 2x a day and update u in a weektry to thicken the layer and use it twice a day
if not, then try switching to a stronger corticosteroid
that, or your nose just had no inflammation to begin with
Would putting it 2-3 weeks be the safest to avoid blood vessels showing. Both of my parents have rosecia so I don't want to risk.the nose got progressively smaller and smaller over time. i didn’t fully track how gradual it was, but i’ve been on it for over a year and 3 months, and especially after starting tret in june - i have to use it like once per 2-3 weeks, and my nose would still retain its small size
honestly it’s not that deep. the side effects are minimal. sure, you can try and do that, and see if the results suffice or notWould putting it 2-3 weeks be the safest to avoid blood vessels showing. Both of my parents have rosecia so I don't want to risk.
If I do this only every 2-3 weeks would I need ahshwaganda? Because I'm on fin and I don't want more dht tbh![]()
wipeYo what do you mean take it off. As in wipe it off or wash it off because how are you gonna separate the two layers. Just confused.
Hi niggawipe
hi niggakidHi nigga
what did u do for coloringBy no means is this medical advice.
