When these three are developed and in harmony, your physique will look extremely aesthetic and attractive to woman.
This is of course assuming you have good insertion points.
The reason why (which I’m sure many of you already know) is because these muscles contain the most androgen receptors.
Exercises like:
Upright rows
OHP
Incline bench
Lateral raises
Reverse flies
Will take care of these muscles.
The order of difficulty in developing these muscles usually goes:
1. Traps (easiest)
2. Deltoids (mid)
3. Upper chest (hardest)
These rankings are based off my own observations of others’ physiques in addition to my own experience developing these muscles. It is likely the reason the upper chest is ‘hardest’ may simply be due to the fact that gym culture is so obsessed with flat bench.
