This is a really bad angle and Lighting, but it looks like you maybe have to little fat above the eyes
Also your eyebrows are really high set.
But make a better pic without lens distortion and with better lighting

Its just your eyelid being fully exposed.

But bro dont even worry, if you want you can get fat grafting to the supraorbitals but you can also just live your life.
