-wat injection sites did they hit to raise the outer canthus
-which material of filler used
-since apparently it has a lifting effect, can it lower the inner tail of the brow

My professors bitchass kept insisting that fillers can’t do wat a canthoplasty does. I never messed with em so idk, but ur pics say otherwise.

I don’t think his MC changed its just that the before pic is trash & hella pixelated
It should look more downturned tho if the angular orientation changed since the outter got lifted

There’s a very slight chance that OP had positive tilt per se but also had ptosis that fuked it up & filler just corrected it. Doubt it tho

I can ask next time I see him but this is what I told him before and what I remember.

I told him to inject more near the middle of my face ie the INNER BROW BONE more, because someone on this site said that that gives more a look of positive canthal tilt.

I also told him I wanted it all across the brow, to not miss any spots.

I remember him really mounding the filler hard to my inner brow bones.
I showed him a pic of a really good result before and he had a good look at.

Just remember the key is to put a lot on the inner brow bone area (ie above the inner corners of the eye) and to leave no part of the brow above the eye unattended to.

I already had a positive canthal tilt btw. I had checked it a few times in the past

I think he used a couple.
I had anaesthesia in but I'm pretty sure he used at least 2 per side.

The filler started with R. Radiesse I'm pretty sure.

I think they should be fine. Long term though I might get fat Graft depending on how it all goes

Why did you got anaesthesia for filler??? Btw radiesse will stay up to 24 months.

You can get a lip lift but I dont think that would work with me as my philtrum is not too long

Rhino and lip lift might take a few mm off but it's risky and may damage harmony

Edit: sorry lip lift probably work with gummy smile

don't make the same mistake i did and don't go for a rhino work on you facial structure first and gl on your looksmaxing journey , its always nice to see another longmidfcacel trying his best to improve .I'm probably going to go for an impaction even if it's pointless and 'd end up looking like the third bogdanov brother but at least i'd have try my best before to rope

Thanks man I think I will just get jaw and chin fillers and call it a day in terms of procedures.

Then I will work on continuing to leanmaxx, getting some muscle tone and even dickmaxxing lol.

Don't get disheartened about long midface. If you improve eyes and lower third you can still come across as very masculine.
