Upper eyelid fillers in Europe

I live in Europe and want to do upper eyelid filler. Dr Taban seems to be the one that has done this the most and has most experience. But he's In USA.

Do you have any tips on good doctors that offer this in Europe? I heard it is a risky procedure if not done by a specialist and I havent found anyone that does this in Europe
