whats the underlying root cause of having a bigger lower lip coupled with a small upper lip?

Mostly genes, a bit maxilla and mandible projection aswell.

ye thats what i thought, id like to avoid lip fillers tho since it looks unnatural and gay on men most of the time

Def not worth it, lips barely matter if you have a good chin and wide enough jaw.
