You can gain 10-15mm on each side with that i not counting the flared gonion part of the jaw implants

while still looking natural because you got a conservative PEEK implants of 8-12mm done and not 20mm+ overdone implant by Eppley

But this only works in the short term, the seams are then strengthened after their opening. Only a palatal expander will work here after thumb pulling

Never seen a proof thumb pulling do anything, always late bloomer that got through puberty at 17-18 pretending they ascended while they were born with good genes to begin with

If you have never expanded the palate (mewing does not count) then your seam will open after 20 minutes of expansion. I didn't use the chin tucking position. I did it so that it was comfortable for me and as long and hard as possible. Just do it so that this seam opens. I did it only before bed, I could do 10-15 minutes a day and that's it.
