Ur not gonna grow not even 1cm if your plates are closed but hgh can still give you some facial bone growth and potentially clavicle growth so id say its worth it even with closed plates

i honestly think anything above 5'9 isnt a bad height, but yeah if you feel like your short run hgh

Also get an xray to see if your growth plates are closed
