If I am already using Retin-A should I use dermaroller on top of that or would that be too much?

Yeah thanks. I will get such a device.yes do microneedling , but try to get a microneedling device like derminator to avoid microtearing.

Was just wondering whether or not it would be overkill in combination with retin-a, which already "attacks" the skin.
You don't want to dermaroll before tret, that shit is already strong enough, you don't want extra absorption and an increased chance that it gets into your blood stream. Dermarolling every day is also retarded, your skin needs time to repair itself.i do every day retin a, and when I do microneedling (usually in depth 1.5 to 2 mm) I apply tretinoin afterwards. There are studies showing increased effectiveness when combined.
It didn't affect me negatively at all, maybe more peeling the next day...,

Just don't use tret the day you use derma. Tret 6 days a week, derma once a week with other products.
