my growth plates are still open so i was wondering if it'd be worth it to microdose an aromatase inhibitor so that my plates stay open for even longer
i guess i am taking enclomiphene which could be another reason to use an ai since that raises test
i don't have high e or anything, i don't have a single high e symptom
i also know that estrogen is pretty crucial for the brain and bones
also which ai is best for what i'm tryna do (i was thinking anastrozole)

I doubt itll make any difference if you're not also taking HGH

even in most cases with HGH+AI they see very minimal additional growth

if ur taking ai alone ur e2 is gonna be way to low your growth is gonna be gradually just add hgh with it

nigga why do you think girls grow so fast during middle school etc. its cause of the estrogen, using a ai lowers your e2 so you grow slower but for a longer perioid of time, so if you add hgh on top of it your velocity is gonna be decently fast while you grow for longer, resulting you growing taller

If you were to do it for that purpose, I believe anastrozole is better

A few things though
1) If you can’t do bloodwork to check your E2 levels, you could be left with E2 that is pretty much unchanged or you could crash your E2
2) For plate closure to slow down enough to get the benefit you’re seeking, a “microdose” won’t do anything. You’d pretty much have to crash your E2, and there are multiple issues with that
3) You will probably gain 0.5cm more (or nothing at all) than you would without an AI. Even worse if you wouldn’t use it with hGH
4) You need estrogen for not only development, but many other things

So, I don’t recommend using it for this purpose or expecting any height gain from it lol

Now, if your E2 was unusually high and it was causing issues, you could use a low-dose AI just to lower it a little

There is a high chance you wouldn’t grow much, if at all, even if you started using hGH with an AI

I don’t know how old you are though, but there’s a chance the years of exposure to estrogen has already done enough work that those interventions wouldn’t change anything
