Using anabolic steroids is a terrible idea for the vast majority of men

Anything beyond an Olympic swimmer’s physique has extremely diminishing gains as far as optimizing one’s aesthetic appeal to women, and the vast majority of men are perfectly capable of achieving that naturally. Sure, you may not have the proportions of a competitive swimmer depending on your genetic structure, but the level of muscularity and leanness is perfectly achievable.

The only thing that steroids can really do for you if the objective is this sort of physique is get you there a bit quicker. But when you consider the host of negative aesthetic side-effects associated with steroid use (accelerated balding, acne, gyno, bloating, premature aging), it simply isn’t worth it, in my opinion. And if your goal is to be significantly more muscular than a maxed out natty-physique, then you are actually going to appeal to *less* women. So you are harming your health in order to reduce your dating and hook-up options - it’s retarded.

swimmers look good cause they have massive wingspan, that's mostly genetics

Skeletal proportions like clavicle and pelvis width are largely genetic, but you can improve your proportions somewhat by emphasizing and de-emphasizing certain muscles. But you don’t need steroids in order to do this. And you don’t need steroids to achieve the degree of muscular and leanness that swimmers have.

Most guys can achieve the type of physique that appeals to women with like 2-3 years of lifting. You can surpass a swimmer’s physique in 3-5 years, assuming you don’t have very unfortunate skeletal proportions for bodybuilding.

Only a few % of men can achieve that physique they have elite bone structures and on top of that have been swim training hard core multiple times a week for at least 15 years but yeah, just get a swimmers body bro

Go into any gym in any city and there will be dozens of guys with this sort of physique. And dozens of guys with better physiques. Yes, the height and clavicle width of elite swimmers is genetic, but their level of muscularity and leanness is nothing out-of-the-ordinary.

Yeah, the physiques are kind of ‘meh’, but the point was to illustrate that a “swimmer’s physique” is perfectly achievable.

This is what would have to most appeal to women, IMO:
