It might work, but antibiotics are a temporary solution

No I have not. Pretty sure best way to heal skin barrier is just moisturizing and locking the moisture in

Use vaseline at night to lock it in and make sure your skin is never dry.

ive been doing thst but it really doesnt do much for acne

my skin is smooth on the areas where there’s no spots but thats all moisturising and vaseline has done for me, any suggestions?

What is your entire routine for your skin rn?

its a cope just hop on accutane

What is your entire routine for your skin rn?
morning - wash with water, moisturise
evening - wash with water, moisturise, vaseline

i dont use cleansers because theyve just made my skin irritated, ive tried multiple brands and even gentle ones and they havent been better

just do accutane
My sister did accutane and got rid of her acne, but I would try other things first because accutane might permanently make your skin dry (it did in my mothers case she also did accutane)

ill keep it as a last resort
not worth risking that or stunted growth

Nice routine mate how old are you?

and you think that acne scars are worth risking?
i dont have severe acne and even if i do have a few scars it is much easier to fix than height

antibiotics work better ingested orally anyway than applied to your face???

Nono I’m just saying acne can break out any age I started having some at 13. But I always had a tub of ice cold water and dipped my face in it. Might sound daft but it will get the job done or help at least

yea but antibiotics are shit on by ppl here because they are supposed to be bad for ur gut

so if i apply it to my face wont it affect mostly the bacteria on my face rather than bacteria in the gut?

antibiotics may be bad for your gut long term yeah.

I would just complete your cycle of antibiotics then buy some probiotics after your face clears up.

One cycle of antibiotics isn’t going to ruin your gut

check the dates before you eat it

If it’s amoxillen I’m guessing it’s a 7 day course of 3x a day 500mg

Or 7 day course of 250mg

That’s the most common derm antibiotics

will do, doubt theyve expired though
