Don’t take my word for it but I’d assume AI would make u taller by itself because it would keep your plates open longer, giving u more time for growth. I believe the studies show AI by itself increases height, same with GH, but pairing them together is ideal. Do research tho

You will grow taller by only using an ai because ai gives you a bigger window to grow while gh boost growth velocity so yeah you will grow but slower, if your growth velocity is already high it means that your body is producing enough gh and only ai is needed
