Where i live Potassium Bicarbonate is really cheap (2 euros per 100g) .Is it a good source of pottarisum and can i even consume it ( and if i can do need it to put in water).
From what i found it is used in wine making and no one really uses it as a suppliment (outside from one dude from this forrum who recoomende it)
Can i use it at all or is it not edible or meant to be consumed.
If it edible how much pottasium is in it?
