If u want an easy way out of being overweight, mirin my method (Lost 72 KG in 2 years with NO effort)



DISCLAIMER: I do not condone drug usage whatsoever, only use medical cannabis in a place where it’s legal.



First of all, u need to be able to spend a few hundred bucks a month on weed, since microdosing doesn’t do shit, calculate for about 1-2 g a day. GET A JOB NIGGA



The “Science”
Everyone thinks smoking weed makes u fat, because of the munchies, the thing is these completely go away after smoking for a while, u wont even have a sense of appetite left after 2 maybe 3 months of active use, during those months, don’t go over your calories (if u can’t manage to do that ur genuinely a fucking bum) and get some movement in over the day (10k steps wouldn’t hurt)

THC causes a spike in the metabolic rate (25% increase) which leads to a higher rate of calorie burn.

Frequent THC consumption can downregulate the body's CB1 receptors, which naturally control how energy is stored and used in the body. Over time, this will prevent the body from storing excess energy as fat.

+ The biggest advantage: You don’t even WANT to eat anymore, eating deadass feels like a random chore now, I am still able to eat perfectly fine i just don’t want to. Also i feel like the random cravings throughout the day are what makes most low-iq people fat.



Dosing
As i mentioned earlier about 1-2 g a day are optimal (from personal experience) and smoking more might genuinely make you retarded over time.
I Smoked 1 Joint in the morning (between 4:00 and 6:00 am) i then went to work, after work at like 3pm i smoked the next joint and continued smoking till i went to sleep for most days.

I didn’t eat everyday until about 3:00pm, which was really really easy to do because of the weed, literally lost almost 1kg a week.

STOP BEING A FATASS AND HOP ON THE METHOD

I don’t trust these chinks with chemistry, THC is objectively safer and more available
