Basically I had to stop nicotine pouches and drinking alcohol before my surgeries. I feel very depressed and hopeless bc of this esp bc I am addicted to nic.

I was addicted to vaping, then I just stopped last month and day 1 was so brootal but by day 2 and 3 I was feeling normal again.

Just push through for a couple days and you'll be fine

I never really had this issue if the surgeon is good you will look better but don't expect it to fix you will always be mentally cooked just less ugly
