As for the chin, it definitely looks less defined now, either copious amounts of filler, or fat transfer...
I think his narrow smaller jaw looked better than a larger variant on the right...

Doesn't look like bone-shaving is what caused it. His ogee curve is still just as prominent from 3/4, his cheeks are just surrounded by soft tissue.

Visa versa, his cheek-skin around seems as depressed as it was...

Also, to prove it: look at the skin near his jawline. There is much more sagging skin on the right. It is a sign that his face lost volume: exactly what would happen from bone shaving. His cheekbones were shaved off, then skin sagged at the level of the superior jowls, while depressions around the cheekbones remained the same.
