The dumbbells at my new gym arent the best so I was thinking can I build an attractive v taper without lateral raises? Will still do overhead press pullups and so on

I mean yeah overhead press or upright rows, honestly just do the lateral raises tho. it’s the best side delts exerciseThe dumbbells at my new gym arent the best so I was thinking can I build an attractive v taper without lateral raises? Will still do overhead press pullups and so on
Do cable lat raises instead of db raises their better and more stable anywayThe dumbbells at my new gym arent the best so I was thinking can I build an attractive v taper without lateral raises? Will still do overhead press pullups and so on

You can train your side-delts completely fine with a shoulder press at ~45⁰You need to do a lateral raise variation no matter what, either dumbbells, cable and so on
Yeah bellow 45° the side delts get worked but that on it's own is not enough, that's like saying if you do a bench press you're also done hitting triceps or front delts. In fact you should stop at the 45° in shoulder press so you don't fatigue more since you do shoulder press for front delts not side, you do lateral raises for sideYou can train your side-delts completely fine with a shoulder press at ~45⁰
