To all you people STILL eating meat and eggs and raw honey here is my point that I have come up with based off scientific reports that say eating vegan is better than eating poor little animals
1. It's rich in fiber, vitamins and other nutrients. And people who don't eat meat, called vegetarians, generally eat fewer calories and less fat. They also tend to weigh less. And they have a lower risk of heart disease than nonvegetarians do
2. It's good for the environment and for your conscience
3. It's Spiritual
4. Vegan diets tend to be lower in saturated fat and cholesterol and higher in dietary fiber than meat-based diets, which may have health benefits such as reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. MEAT CAN GIVE YOU CANCER GUYS
5. Testosterone benefits
Vegan men tended to have significantly higher testosterone levels than both vegetarians and meateaters (see graph here), which can be a risk factor for prostate cancer, the reason plant-based diets appear to reverse the progression of prostate cancer may be due to how low their IGF-1 drops (see Cancer Reversal Through ...12 Feb 2013
