The vast majority of vegans I've seen look weak and malnourished, some even look like they have cancer. Veganism is not only retarded but will make you look worse.
The ones that do look like normal human beings are most of the time bodybuilders, who have to eat an insane amount of food(so much for "live longer bro", eating too much makes you age) and take supplements(you end up harming your liver which defeats the purpose of "muh health!!") which compensates for their weak diet.
And I'm not even counting the fact that these people most likely cheat.
The fact that these people have to take pills for vitamins and other shit they're lacking should be proof enough that this is not a healthy diet, if you're looking into "living longer" look up the Okinawa diet.
