I'm glad I started eating meat again two weeks ago.
I was vegetarian for 4 years and in those 4 years I had a few months of veganism that where killing me, I was so disgustingly bloated in that time jfl.
I'd look like a corpse by age 30 if I continued this diet.
Glad I woke up early enough. My youthful naivety at age 15 made me fall for the vegan propaganda.

How many kg did you lose tho?

I understand we should eat less meat because of environment but total veganism is stupid for males, women can be vegan without major problems.

wow great thread man, i especially enjoyed the part where you listed facts and studies to back up your claims

btw there are many professional athletes, bodybuilders and olympic athletes who are vegan and guarantee they look better than you and obviously perform better than you. it is more than possible to have a balanced diet without consuming meat or dairy, JFL at the “malnourishment” claims

I didn't lose weight because I was 15 when I started, I was around 60kg back then and now I'm about 66kg. This is a ridiculous development considering that I probably completely missed out on my last phase of puberty. My bones are very small. Part of it is genetics but part of it is most likely malnourishment.

@highT Of course they do. I have been vegetarian in some of the most crucial years regarding physical development, I'm stunted. My bones are thin, my penis is small and I'm short.
I was so deeply deluded into the vegan mentality I also got triggered by everything as easily as you. I had a phase I thought my life is less important than that of a random chicken.
Most "vegan" bodybuilders are on steroids, by the way.
Why would one do vegan bodybuilding when it's so much easier with an omnivore diet?

I don't want to hate against veganism now to be honest, I would have hated that person when I was a vegetarian. I just regret having been vegetarian.

you 100% stunted your growth.

I did the exact same, the vegan diet literally destroys your body, makes you a zombie, I wasted a year of puberty.

during veganism I had chronically low test, @ like 259ng/dl, that's completely abnormal, now almost a year back on meat I'm at 900ng/dl.

I was vegan for about 4 years. I lost 20 kilo. It was great for weight loss. But I didn't need much weight loss. I needed some fat loss, and muscle gains.

These people are anorexic and using veganism as a mask.

Glad you made the switch man! What was the first animal thing you ate?

Vegan = low T and mental ill

The first animal product I ate were two bifis before I went home.
Telling my family I will eat meat again was awkward so I procrastinated because I was always defending veganism with muuuh studies etc.
I realized that I'd need to eat meat some time ago, but until I finally did it it took a few months.
