I went to the doctors a couple of months ago and they said I was 5,8 I thought I made good progress in my height. So today I check and see I’m 5,7 1/2… so basically I’ve been the same height for almost 5-7 months. What makes it worse is that I’m 15. My life is ultra over and I’m considering the rope method.

I don’t really know man to be honest these past months I’ve just been eating like shit on the cal deficit for example I’ll eat little but the little I’m eating is just slop. I don’t know if I should just buy Reta again and finish the cut then finally go back to maintenance or just eat maintenance.

These past 2 years I’ve been in a bunch of mini deficits like every other month and my sleeps not been the best. Unless both ur parents are short then I’d probably worry. It’s mostly genetics in the end so keep waiting

My dad is 5,5 and so is my mom but there’s like a floating gene in our family that very little people have and the like 6 foot 2. I doubt I have that shit so I’m pretty sure it’s over.
