vague slop. yes exercise can give you joint problems etc., if you overtrain and dont do it properly/safely (things like marathons and high intensity endurance sports are the worst offenders), but for the most part exercise in moderation is beneficial for health, as we all know. i love how they tie trump to this bullshit, as if that gives any credibility to the claim, trump doesnt look healthy in the slightest so actually it makes the claim even less credible
