Space marine 2 is pretty good if you can get it on sale on steam, Deep rock Galactic is also fun I have 500 hours.

For starter I would recommend FNV because other games (Fallout 1,2,3) are kinda slow (especially 1,2 because they are played from the birds eye view perspective and they are slow). In FNV you don’t even have proper tutorial, you just dive straight into gameplay.
Graphics are outdated and game is kinda buggy (it used to be even more buggy). You can play from 1st person view or 3rd person view.
