yes top 2% isn't particularly restrictive in Western societies but no need to default to labeling it as pretentious. The average Ivy League school is roughly as exclusive as Mensa and probably more pretentious because status and money play a much larger role in admission. High intelligence can be isolating, it's not wrong to want to at least create an environment with some barrier to entry and guarantee of some level of intellectual parity. In practice Mensa is actually not very exclusive at all, I mean they have one requirement, which like you said, is not super rare.

There are societies like the Triple 9 society which accept only the top 0.1% or 1 in 1000. Being 1 in 1000 is probably a genuinely isolating experience. pretty much everyone you meet is going to 3 standard deviations below you and that's if you just make the cutoff.

I don't know about your full IQ as that test doesn't measure that but if you can hit 15 you have a very superior visual short term memory. The average is 9-11. Many people here are reporting higher scores but there's likely significant bias occurring.

bro I feel like a retard compared to these niggas, we got fucking chad over here with 18 and i see a ton of 15 scores, My visual memory is complete trash but i also have adhd idk if thats correlated or not like on a math test i have to do several practice problems for HOURS just to get like above a 90 on a test, although I finish first most of the time...

ADHD would do it as that is specifically a deficit in working memory. I obviously don't know about your case specifically but many people with otherwise high IQ scores are capped due to poor working memory. Good new is you can train your WM with tasks like Dual N-Back. It won't increase your max but it may help mitigate the effects of ADHD.
