Zero vit A diet. They claim that vit A is toxic.

Invented by Grant genereux, popularised by the infamous Frank Tufano.

Liver, eggs and butter. I've been consuming these things in huge, nigh excessive amounts for a while now.

I've just drank about 100ml of my yolk+OJ potion, and my stomach feels super strange. Maybe it's because of the vit A?

More likely because the eggs are shitty quality. I never feel this with organic eggs.

Idk. Prolly not legit. Humans have consumed vit A basically forever.

I think vit A toxicity is legit though. The only headaches I've ever had were while I was on accutane. Morning wood went away.
