Since everyone in here doesn't want to help you since they are retarded I will help you.

Take 50mg of zinc every single day as zing picolinate, zinc gluconate, or zinc citrate.
Pair it with magnesium glycinate (400mg) at night *this is very synergistic with zing for test and sleep*
Finally, I would highly recommend 7000 IU of Vitamin D with an additional K2 MK7 *200 mcg* that would help direct calcium into your bones instead of your arteries.

Keep in mind none of this shit will work if you aren't getting from 9-10 hours of sleep every night.

it doesn’t help anything it just harms you because they are toxic to the body it will make your body go into a recovery state rather than growth period
 
If there are studies that say it increases test levels in the blood it’s because your body sent it out to repair it, it’s not gonna be used for what you want it’s gonna deplete your test and that’s proof it’s harmful for you. They contain trace chemicals which are lethal at high dose, that’s why if u eat too much u get diahhrea. Get it from food instead

idk man my diet doesnt have much zinc and im not gonna fucking eat watermelon seeds or nuts so ill stay with the supplement
