Always take both with a fatty repast to allow proper absorption. Morning is best.
yeah its good enough. Just take it and get your ass to bed (although sleeping on the floor would be better)

How do you cycle it?
Like on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, then 5,000IU the rest of the week and repeat. I use it on days I want an increase in androgenicity like chest-shoulder days or back-biceps days at the gym.
