Vita Coco is a Scam! Everyone GTFIH

This is Vita Coco, coconut water that everyone has been drinking for Potassiummaxxing results. Even Chico used to drink it (source)
But it's a fucking scam!!!
Reading the label above, it states to have 470mg of K/240ml, meaning 195mg of K per 100 ml.
This means you'll need to drink 2L of Vita Coco to reach just 4000mg K (which is the bare minimum)

100g banana (equivalent to 100ml) has only 358 mg of K. Fucking atrocious.

Introducing Flavita Coconut Water, containing 640mg K/100ml. You read that fucking right, 640mg of K per 100ml. 250ml = 1600mg K. 600ml = 3840mg K. I'm not gonna take a pic of the nutrition facts for opsec reasons, so here's a link to its nutrition facts.
