I've been taking 75000 IU vitamin A for three days and been using anti-blemish products for about three weeks. It's too early to determine if it's been working on me but if you've been doing anything similar, can you tell me your experiences? Also, any recommendations on getting glowing skin?
Edit: By Vitamin A, I mean cod liver oil

eat liver don't take vitamin a supplements they are dangerous (beta-carotene too, you wont die but it's bad for the thyroid and there has been concerns of cancer)

Is 75,000 IU safe long term? I started taking 25,000 IU recently because I heard VitA could help with keratosis pilaris on my arms, but I’m not really seeing much effect.

I know 75000 IU vit A is a lot but I'll do anything to get rid of my blemishes.
