Vitamin C - Supplementation vs Food Sources

If you are (very) deficient in vitamin C and not consuming enough, is there a difference between taking it as orange juice and as a supplement?
Taking it from natural sources is much more effort so is there a point?
 
Supplements are meant to fix a gap in your diet not to fully reach your daily value.

also a lot of retards here don’t eat fruits which is the main source of Vit C and they compliant about why their collagen is shit tier

Get your fruits and than take 500mgx3 a day

Make sure the juice you drink isn't from concentrate and preferably unpasteurized (might be hard to get but we have it here). whole foods are always better than supplements

also when/if you drink alcohol opt for apple cider
