Im 13, taking 8000-10000 iu vitamin d3 daily, should i increase/decrease dosage?. Also what else should i do during puberty i heard about thyroidmaxxing gonna get that checked whenever i can, i also want to check test levels but my parents wont let me, im planning to go to gym next year around february - april and im skinny so ive been trying to bulk up. What else should i be doing?.

Also i have a little bit of fungal acne on my forehead and blackheads on my nose, i mainly eat oats, eggs, milk, cow&chicken meat and sometimes processed goyslop but much less than like a year ago.

10,000IU a day is overkill, especially at your age. Get outside, and get some sun. If you're a shut-in (at 13? bro. enjoy your youth; it is an ever fleeting thing.) then you should take ONLY 3,000IU - 5,000IU a day, or take 10,000IU every 3 days.
ALONG WITH THIS
, you should be taking Vitamin K2 with your D3 to avoid calcification of your bones. I believe the ratio is:
100mcg K2 : 10,000IU D3

edit : 10,000IU daily for ages 12 - 18 years old (men) is for a deficiency, which should be looked at by your doctor very easily via a blood test at a testing facility.

I do go outside every day for school and other stuff but i find it kinda weird to go alone outside, from what you said i dont have thyroid problems or testosterone problems. I cant really run since for some reason i always get or have shin splints or get side stitches easily. So im gonna do 3000-4000 iu + 40-50 mcg k2 i believe from what you said.

My mental health is okay I'd say, im really into Orthodoxy and it helped me a lot but it also depends in whats happening in my life, if I'm stressed etc..., i also worry about those things but they're low priority, i prioritize mental, physical, general health over a math test, i dont give a fuck if i fail the grade, im not giving my health up for passing a math test also ion talk to my crush since i dont even like her personality, mostly her body so i just ignore my feelings.

When it comes to running, you really don't want to push past the shin splints, as this can lead to stress fractures, and you do not want that with your legs; rest, and go again. Eventually, you will no longer have these issues. Think of it like this: when we lift weights for the first time after a while away from the gym, DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) will be apparent the next day, but if you stay consistent, that feeling will no longer occur.

The same can be said about the legs and running. Let your body recover, but don't leave a week or 4 days in between each running session; you have to let your body acclimate to this 'stress' you place upon it, and then grow from there.

You should prioritize what is important for you to have a successful, fruitful life.

Things such as chemistry, biology, physics, and the humanities are important as well, but it is more of a case-by-case basis; furthermore, at your age, your ability to learn, and comprehend information is far higher than that of an 18-year-old or older-- it's important to take advantage of your brain wanting to learn. Neuroplasticity dictates that you cannot always operate at the same level of information processing / retention as you get older.

Hmm mkay ill try running when i dont have shin splints anymore but it takes a lot for them to heal and i almost always get them, ill try watching a youtube video on it cause my running form is probably wayy off.

Park ranger might suit you then, as it is a solitary job that spends long stretches of times out in the middle of nowhere around animals, nature, and the sounds of silence; not to mention they get paid quite well, especially those that are on fire watch out in the middle of nowhere.
I don't think humans were made to be solitary creatures their entire life, but we are able to find an abundance of feeling 'not alone' in a single person, yknow?

also yes, common supplements for now, consult with your doctor, read the labels, find the signs of what a deficiency looks like, and google your age + amount taken, even put "reddit" after the search to see what people's personal experiences are with taking certain amounts, but again you're 13 so that usually means that you take might be more, or less than the recommended amount for adults, its just how it works yknow? body weight, age of the organs, even gender plays a role in how much you should take of something.

You'll go far, and do well, as long as you try to act like a responsible person. We all have role models in our youth, just make sure that the person you want to be like is a person that is dependable, responsible, trustworthy, strong, and a guardian of those who cannot guard themselves.

You're our future, and I don't like the idea of the youth after me being worse than those that came before me.

I am not saying to act out your lust; I have done that a myriad of times with women, and all you incur is guilt upon your soul from the pain you will bring them, and yourself. What I will say is that you should explore this feeling, and understand where it comes from.

We all feel lust, it's an innate human feeling that is the building blocks for a relationship. All relationships start with a physical attraction to one another; it's why we feel it in the first place, it draws us into the person.
It's not 'sinful' to feel it, nor is it 'sinful' to acknowledge that you have it, but to misuse it, and abuse it for sexual gratification whilst disregarding how the other person feels is the real sin.

What I am trying to say is that when you feel this lustful feeling for a woman, you shouldn't disregard that feeling at all; tame it, understand it, and use it as a sort of 'push' to get you to talk to that woman, learn about her, and allow feelings to blossom within you about that other person.

Most people will confuse lust with love, or they will see someone purely as an object of lust, rather than also being a person, and that is the real pitfall most men fall into; she is the same as you, a person who feels these same emotions, and a person that wants to understand why they feel these things for you. We're all too black-and-white with people, we don't allow for nuance or subtly anymore, and that's what causes us to disconnect from the reality of things; we become cold to the other person, not even seeing them as someone who is just like us.

Don't repress, don't ignore, but learn to tame and control your feelings as this will take you very, very far in life. It is the same as controlling your temper, knowing how to keep your cool in a stressful situation, etc etc
Noted. But i dont think its the eight time to get a girlfriend, the girl i like isnt religious at all i think and its wayy too early to try to find a wife, ill try at 16 and later.

Also i am very racist and i think it will get out of hand, like when i see a nigger on the street or a muslim all i can imagine is curb stomping them, shooting, beating, etc.. i just cannot not be racist,etc.. i just have a hatred for some people deep into my heart.

Yeah, but why would i get a job if i can do the same thing alone in my thoughts and not get paid or have to pay for stuff, i like being alone too in my own thoughts, just thinking.

deficiency
I have an iron deficiency i think cause when i stand up i get dizzy, i got prescribed 50 mg iron gluconate, 1.33 mg manganese gluconate and 0.70 mg copper gluconate a while ago, so iron,manganese and copper in gluconate form. I took that (it tatsed horrible) and it didnt work i think it was cause iron needs vitamin c to get absorbed (well it helps), soo i gotta get that checked out.

Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitmin D, and a little Vitamin K.. all of these are useless without good sleep. Some physical activity that is demanding is good too.
