What dosages should I take? Also any specific brands I should go for? I'm thinking of just buying whatever I see at the Costco Pharmacy jfl.

TBF just buy individual shit from costco cus you take ed and online is the same shit but more expensive

not really for d3 dont go above 15000 iu of d3 a day and i dont know about k2
