What dosage should I use for both?
I am buying k2 soon im 16 and im taking 1000 iu not including sun am I retarted?

About the vitamin d suplementation: check your level of vit D in a blood test. If it's lower than 20ng/ml then suplement it. The ideal dosage (the one that comes with little to no risks and gets the majority od the population the necessary vid D levels to be healthy) is between 600-800 IU.
