Voice ruined my life

I started being insecure about it at like 13 im 18 almost 19 with a ~130 hz voice rarely i can get 120 and i feel sorta normal for once then it goes back up. It sucks so fucking bad ive been wanting to make music since forever but i just cant stand hearing my voice and i know people would not wanna hear that shit. Is it too late to take test. Can i just dig in my neck with a razor sharp object and open the vocal folds???????
